FBDS was established through the association of 24 companies, leaders in their fields, concerned with the conceptualisation and implementation of an efficient model of sustainable development.
The Superior Council, currently comprised of representatives from 20 companies, is solely responsible for electing the members of the Board of Trustees, electing the members of the Fiscal Council and their respective substitutes, and appointing its President from among them.
